We take pride in our positive, non-pressured coaching, and our very supportive atmosphere.
Our goal is for each gymnast to attain his or her full potential and achieve his or her goals, whatever they may be. |
On Attaining Competitive Status: Our team program is designed especially for the gymnast seeking to compete in the
sport of gymnastics at the college level. Gymnasts can attain competitive status in two ways. The first way is to go through our Recreational program, Levels A-H, and then join our Level 4 Team, continuing up from there. |
On Advancing to the Next Level: Moving from one team level to another is done through acquiring the "move up" score,
at any competition, for a given level. The gymnast may also move up by passing
the required skills for the next level. We use evaluation cards to track the
gymnast's progress in learning these required skills. |
The second path to competitive status is to go through our Developmental program. This program takes the gymnast through three specially designed classes. These
classes are more strongly structured and designed around a team track. They teach
the gymnast more advanced techniques and prepare him or her to enter competition
at the Level 5 Team, progressing up from there. |
