Birthday Party Detail Information

 

Parties are for anyone, ages three years old and up, with no experience necessary.

Your party will have the run of our entire 12,000 square foot facility! We will provide the fun, excitement and complete clean up!

 

The first portion of the party is gymnastic time on the floor with one of our certified instructors. They will be lead your child and friends through a fun, challenging and high energy gymnastic lesson filled with obstacle courses, gymnastic equipment, 3 different types of trampolines and games. At the end of the lesson is open gym time for your child and friends.

The last portion of the party is for presents and refreshments. We provide the fun and facility, you provide the rest. Our SRGC host will help with refreshments and do all the clean up for you. We have a table and seating area for your use and for complete observation.

 

Available Times and Days

Parties are scheduled on Saturdays after noon until 6:00pm,

also on Sundays upon instructor availability.

 

Attire

Birthday party participants should come in moveable clothing with shirts tucked in. No buttons, zippers or snaps; all hair should be tied back and no jewelry. Bare feet are recommended, no shoes allowed.

 

Arrival

All participants should arrive on time so the birthday child is not waiting to start his or her party. The birthday party child and family should arrive no earlier then 15 minutes before the start time. You may use that time to decorate and put out refreshments.

 

Cost & Deposit

Prices

There is a deposit required upon booking. Visa, MasterCard, cash or checks are accepted. Upon booking, you will receive SRGC invitations for your friends. These invitations have a map to our facility, phone number and release form on them, which needs to be signed by a parent or guardian of the participant and presented the day of the party. Participants will not be allowed on the floor without this form signed. The remaining amount due is to be paid the day of the party.

 

Rules

Any additional children/siblings are not allowed to participate, and need to stay off the equipment. We have a full viewing area and need all parents, family and friends not participating in the party, to stay in this area. No one is allowed on the equipment without a release and an instructor.
